Olive oil and lemon juice

  1. Put 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil in a cup and add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
  2. Mix the two ingredients until well combined and drink.

Olive oil and orange juice

Orange juice is known for mild laxative properties. Intake creates a layer on the bowel walls and facilitates normal movement. In addition, it is useful for fighting constipation effectively because it is rich in fibers.


  1. Add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice.
  2. Mix well and drink.
